As part of a new urban campus development for Hines Interests Limited Partnership, New York Green Roofs designed and installed a number of new lobby landscapes in conjunction with Architecture Plus Information. Rich but structured plant palettes enhance the minimal and refined design aesthetic of the interior spaces. Lobbies have traditionally been a space linking point A to point B, but the cadence and ritual around work has changed. Rather than pass-throughs in the morning and evening, productive spaces act as social activators, lending value to the buildings in which they are placed.
