Parkside Retreat

New York Green Roofs was contracted to design, install, and maintain this street level vaulted courtyard, sandwiched between two towers of a residential building in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. The garden connects the lobby in one tower to the common room of the other, inviting residents to stop and smell the roses as they move through the building’s campus. Utilizing a palette of cooling perennials and seasonally brilliant foliage, we created a nestled space where families can gather and enjoy each other’s company.
