Lower East Side Penthouse

This lower east side project, designed by Hoerr Schaudt out of Chicago, was conceptualized as an entertainment space for their client’s pied a terre. New York Green Roofs worked with Rusk Renovation to realize this delightful garden, using botanical silhouettes to shape the space and create a setting that artfully blends the natural and built environment.
