This property, located at the epicenter of New York City’s dynamic Hudson Square neighborhood, was recently renovated by owners Jack Resnick & Sons into a state of the art office building. New York Green roofs had the honor of topping the building off with an FX Collaborative designed 10,000SF green roof and landscape amenity space, which allows the building’s anchor tenant, Google, to host creative and collaborative client and community events.
