Carriage House

New York Green Roofs worked with landscape architecture firm Terrain NYC to detail the design and install this 950 square foot living roof on top of a historic residential carriage house in Brooklyn Heights, NY.  The pitched green roof features an Optigreen-based slope stabilization system and hosts a diverse variety of native grasses, pollinator friendly perennials, and succulents that provide rich color and texture that can be viewed from the main house all year round.
