County Courthouse

Part of a pilot research project funded by the Bronx Overall Economic Development Corporation (BOEDC), this 10,000 square foot semi-intensive green roof includes a series of green roof monitoring stations. The first of the city’s managed green roof contracts, New York Green Roofs has been providing maintenance on the project for the City of New York through the Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) since 2009.
